Following are the steps to post images in your post
1. Upload image on flickr.com
2. Then go to the image page on flickr and right click and copy the image location
3. Now navigate to your blog and write a post
4. While editing the post click on the image link show below
5. Then paste the link copy the image location that was retrieved in step 2 as following
6. Change the rest of the parameters and click insert
